"Initially, I had some reservations with
getting a personal trainer. After some soul searching, I realized that
despite all of the
"hype" of a PT, my real concern was if a trainer's program would work for
me. I had been consistent with a cardiovascular
regime of 4-5 times per week for over a year and a half and yet, I was not
able to manage my weight as I thought I should. I was
getting more and more warnings from my doctors regarding weight related
health issues. ... I simply did not feel good.
I began to
educate myself more regarding my health and the one thing that kept

part of my body, my waistline,
had shrunk 1.5
inches. Not to mention, another 2.25 inches from the hips. I
couldn't believe it!! After 6 months into the program, I am
pleased to say that I have reduced my body fat by 5.9%
and have shrunk 2 complete jean sizes! I feel great! I sleep better!
I have more energy than I ever remember having! I can lift the 5
gallon water refills for my cooler with ease. I am not
experiencing any of the health issues that I was experiencing prior to
beginning the program.
